This cleanse is our lower fructose option for those of you who have done this before and want to commit to something more challenging. We recommend that you do this for a minimum of three days to reap maximum benefits. You can also do this as a follow on from our Beginner Cleanse.
As our Experienced Cleanse is lower in fructose, your beverages will be less sweet, and more juices will be predominantly vegetable-based, with smaller proportions of fruit.
Our Experienced Cleanse contains a combination of traditional herbs, vegetables, some fruit, and nut m*lk all designed by an Australian naturopath.
